Kicking off from 16th March and running exclusively until 8th June, our Group Coaching programme offers landscape business owners the opportunity to learn, to progress and to scale. Including seven 90-minute sessions hosted online, you’ll be provided business strategy, templates for overcoming specific common challenges in the landscape industry, and proven examples of scaling methods.

WHEN DOES IT START?
The Group Coaching Programme starts on 16th March 2023 and runs exclusively until 8th June 2023. Sessions take place via Zoom on a bi-weekly basis and will be up to 1.5 hours per session. You’ll also get to bring a Team Member along!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
This Group Coaching Programme is a comprehensive business course for companies in the landscape industry that will empower you to take your business to the next level. The investment in this 3 month course is £1,995 + VAT (or £665 + VAT per month).
How Group Coaching works
The Group Coaching programme is an exclusive opportunity to realise your landscape business goals. Working in a small group of maximum 10 business owners, you’ll take part in seven 90-minute online group coaching sessions, exploring different challenges you might face and methods and templates for resolving these key business areas. This programme is best suited to landscape business owners who want to get a coach but aren’t quite ready to invest in one-to-one coaching or for those with insufficient support to give them the time to dedicate to business growth.
Throughout the programme, you will focus on 7 individual modules:
| Module 1: Setting Your Future | If you don’t know where you’re going how are you going to get there? During this session, you will set your goals, your company’s vision and mission statement and you’ll learn how to build a great business from the foundations up. |
| Module 2: How to Manage Your Time Effectively | Learn how to value your time, understand where you should be investing your time and how to focus on the right areas of your business. |
| Module 3: Generating Cash Flow | You will learn all about the principles of the financial aspect of your business. You’ll focus in on the fastest ways to increase the profitability of your business. |
| Module 4: Marketing for Profit | You will extract your uniqueness – that which sets you apart from your competitors – and learn how to use it to get more of the customers you want. You will also learn about developing an effective referral system. |
| Module 5: Sales Made Simple | You’ll learn all about the different types of salespeople and the difference between old selling and new. You will get to understand the question funnel, performance standards and how to handle objections. |
| Module 6: How to Recruit & Lead a Winning Team | This session is all about building the dream team you’ve always wanted. Learn how to become a great leader to inspire them each and every day. Learn how to recruit great people and lead them to a business that works without you. |
| Module 7: How to Systemise & Structure Your Business | Learn about the ways to leverage your business. Learn how to create systems that run your business to produce massive results. Learn how to work ON your business, not IN it. |
